Payment Terms: Rates are valid through December 31, 2005. The minimum order amount to advertise in Purchasinga2z is $250. Prepayment is required for new advertisers. For advertisers with established accounts, payment is required within 10 days after email billing notification. All advertising sales are final and are nonrefundable. We are happy to accept ads from media brokers. We accept payment with Paypal. You can make credit card payments using Paypal - it's free, secure, safe and convenient. Banner ads are typically placed near the top of an HTML document and are visible when the document is first displayed. Advertiser banner ads are displayed on our web site pages where viewers are likely to see and click on the banner and be immediately transferred to our advertisers website. To maintain the quality of our web site, ad space on purchasinga2z is limited to a select number of organizations. All advertisements will be reviewed and are subject to approval by PuchasingA2Z prior to placement. We reserve the right to refuse to provide advertising services to any advertiser or to reject any advertisement for any reason. Advertisement Submission: To submit your ad to PurchasingA2Z you can click here to fill out our Online Advertising Order Form and electronically submit the form to adspace@purchasinga2z.com . Advertisers must submit their advertising banners or links no later than five business days prior to their first ad placement. According to the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB), banner advertisements continue to predominate all type of advertising. Banner advertising is one of the most popular and effective ways of advertising on the internet. Banner ads are more successful when they are displayed near the top of the page. Your prime banner ad will be displayed near the top of the page for optimum viewing.
